Your responsibilities include broadly ensuring food safety and supporting the organization in meeting legal and customer requirements. This is achieved by complying with the organization's applicable quality assurance standards, as described in the internal quality manual.
What are you going to do?
- Implementation and maintenance of the quality management system in the organization
- Carrying out internal audits and inspection rounds in the company
- Preparing and conducting audits by external entities
- Monitoring new versions of standards, requirements and regulations and communicating any changes to the appropriate departments
- Management of the Quality Book in our company
- Addressing employees and guests when they do not follow organizational policy
- Widely applicable for carrying out all common tasks
- Maintaining contacts with inspection bodies (certification bodies, sales organizations, customers and suppliers)
- Follow the instructions developed by Greenpack
- Ensure safety in the organization
- Maintaining complete documentation related to maintaining quality and monitoring the validity of current documentation
- Ensure good document circulation
- Collaboration with occupational health and safety institutions and external institutions, including: Sanitary and epidemiological station
- We continuously maintain and improve quality management systems in accordance with applicable standards
- Active participation in the development and ongoing validation of the company's quality control system
Who are you?
- Kennis of ervaring met kwaliteitszorg en kwaliteitszorgsystemen
- Knowledge of HACCP GMP/GHP principles
- Experience in a similar position required
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English, knowledge of Dutch will be an advantage
- Communication skills

Greenpack is one of the largest packaging and distribution centers for fruit and vegetables in Western Europe and is still in full development. The head office is located in the Netherlands, with which we work closely. Greenpack Legnica is building a modern production hall, which is why we invite new colleagues to work with us
What are you going to do?
- Monitoring the correct distribution of accounting documents
- Handling and processing purchase and sales invoices
- Monitoring compliance with financial procedures with changes in legal and tax regulations, implementation of procedures to limit tax risks
- Invoice checking for content, formality and accounting
- Drawing up and checking bank payment instructions
- Correct and timely entry of accounting documents into the system
- Ongoing cooperation with Greenpack's accounting and audit departments in the Netherlands
- Carrying out other activities on behalf of the direct manager that arise from the scope of the department's activities
- Preparing settlement statements
- Co-creation of internal procedures and standards
- Settlement and reconciliation of settlement accounts
- Create data summaries from accounting data
- Settlement reconciliation
- Participation in the monthly/yearly closing
- Monitoring legal changes in the field of finance and taxes in Poland
- Continually improve financial processes and systems to increase plant efficiency and data accuracy
- Supporting the accounting department with ongoing work
- Collaboration with other departments
Who are you?
- Commitment
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
- Analytisch denkvermogen, goede werkorganisatie en prioriteiten stellen
- Kennis van het Engels voldoende om vrije communicatie mogelijk te maken
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
- Knowledge of tax and accounting regulations

We regularly offer interns the opportunity to gain work experience. We are an employer who believes it is important that the connection between school and practice is correct.
