Greenpack is created when two tomato growers decide to bundle the packaging process at one location. The first location can be found at the former Westerlee vegetable auction. If demand from supermarkets continues to increase, the decision will be made to develop new construction. A new location is found on the A20, on the business park, where many large fruit and vegetable-related companies can be found.
Greenpack processes the harvest from the affiliated cultivation companies, but over the years the formula has been broadened. Nowadays it is an all-round packaging and distribution center for all types of fruit and vegetables. 'External' customers are also very welcome. Many clients are now using Greenpack's services to their satisfaction; not only from the Netherlands but also from vegetable producing countries such as Spain, Morocco and Tunisia.
