We currently work with approximately 120 permanent employees and more than 900 flexible workers.
As a truck driver you ensure that the products are transported correctly. You will also load and unload these yourself at our growers in Westland, Middenmeer, Rilland and Dinteloord.

As a technical service employee you perform a versatile function. Because our production process runs seven days a week, a lot of maintenance is involved, but new machines also often have to be installed. You are involved in various activities on different production lines. You are responsible, among other things, for maintaining machines and installations and installing new machines. Troubleshooting is also part of your work. When there are multiple disruptions, it is important that you can set priorities well. You will work on your own projects, but you will also work as a team.

As a Supply Chain Planner you are a real link within our organization. You ensure that the customer is provided with the right products at the right time. You also manage the stock, so that there are always sufficient products available. This process is planned and monitored by you from A to Z. Are any orders ready to be processed? You ensure that these are present at our location this evening so that they can be packaged. During this entire process, you are able to maintain an overview and communicate closely with colleagues to ensure optimal planning.
Er wordt gewerkt met zowel eigen als externe transporteurs. Dit houdt in dat jij ook verantwoordelijk bent voor het inplannen van het transport en contact onderhoudt met de transporteurs. Zijn er eventuele problemen met de voorraad of leveringstijd? Dan weet jij het hoofd koel te houden. Jij communiceert dit tijdig door naar de betrokken partijen en gaat opzoek naar een oplossing.
