Dan is deze functie iets voor jou!<\/p><p>Voor onze HR-afdeling zijn wij op zoek naar een Co\u00f6rdinator Uitzendkrachten.<\/p><p>Greenpack Maasdijk is een verpakkings- en distributiecentrale gespecialiseerd in het verpakken van groenten en fruit, met de focus op tomaten, paprika\u2019s en komkommers. Dit gebeurt zeven dagen per week. Onze producten zijn zowel afkomstig uit Nederland als uit andere landen. Eenmaal verpakt gaan onze producten naar grote supermarktketens over de hele wereld.<\/p><p>Bij Greenpack werken momenteel circa 120 vaste medewerkers en ruim 900 flexibele krachten.<\/p><p>Als Co\u00f6rdinator Uitzendkrachten speel je een belangrijke rol binnen onze organisatie. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze flexibele medewerkers en hebt daarnaast veel contact met verschillende uitzendbureaus. Je zorgt ervoor dat de personeelsadministratie rondom onze uitzendkrachten goed verloopt en dat de dagelijkse bezetting en urenregistratie op orde zijn.<\/p><p>Je controleert gewerkte uren en aanwezigheid, verwerkt verlof- en ziekmeldingen en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe medewerkers goed worden ontvangen en onboard. Daarnaast help je medewerkers bij vragen over bijvoorbeeld verlof, extra werkdagen en andere praktische zaken.<\/p><p>Je komt terecht in een gezellig en sociaal HR-team waarin ruimte is om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Doordat ons productieproces zeven dagen per week draaiende is komt daar veel onderhoud bij kijken, maar daarnaast dienen er ook veelal nieuwe machines te worden ge\u00efnstalleerd. Je houdt je bezig met diverse werkzaamheden aan verschillende productielijnen. Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van machines en installaties en het installeren van nieuwe machines. Ook het verhelpen van storingen valt onder jouw werkzaamheden. Wanneer er meerdere storingen zijn, is het van belang dat je goed prioriteiten kunt stellen.
